I placed my order on 3/23/12. I ordered one magic mesh which would have been $19.95 plus approx. $8 dollars p&h. (7.95 I think) I opted for the deluxe magic mesh which i was told would be an extra 5 dollars. so that would bring my order to approx. let's say $30 dollars to be on the safe side. I opened my bank statement online today to see a charge of $91.70 from magic mesh. I called their customer service number and Jennifer told me that the deluxe price was 5 dollars per panel so there are two panels per magic mesh therefore making the upgrade cost $10 dollars. I explained that that made my order go up to approx. $40 dollars where is the $90 dollar charge coming from. she then said that It claimed I ordered two. therefore they were shipping me FOUR magic mesh items due to the buy one get one deal. I said no I only ordered one. She then told me she would credit my account for the ones I didn't want, and I return shipping box would be included with my order but she couldn't cancel it because it had already been shipped. I realize that she told me to return ONE unit. she originally told me that I had ordered FOUR therefore needing to return THREE....she was lying. I'm sure. And INCLUDING a return box in my order???? They must have KNOWN that they were going to attempt to rip people off who weren't go getters that wouldn't bother going after their money that magic mesh had ripped off!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! it is a scam. she told me that she would refund my money and I just needed to return the products. I am upset I think I will call again and see what kind of story I get from magic mesh this time.
