  • I had the same experience with them. They charged me $283.61 and then said that my suit was lost in the mail. Never returned my money and stopped answering my emails altogether. Beware of Kenny (a.k.a Sompis)! Their website, www.zentailor.net) has been shut down, but Kenny/Sompis' email is [email protected].

  • Hello Kerry and "Scott". Im writing scot`s name in "" because its fake name. Im was the owner of zentailor.net and we only had 1 complaint the last year from the man called Kerry. We shipped his item after 7 days (like normal with tailormade products), but he complains because it got lost in the mail. We tried to talk to him, explaining the problem, but gets no respond other than various complaints like this. Please looke at different forums across the internet, and everybody can see we were a good company with great items.
