Called to get the 5 book offer for $29.99 + free shipping. Kept me on the phone for 20 min.with various additional offers, which were all denied while repeatedly asking for a customer representative which never came on the line. Denied wanting the Free 2 nights in Bahama's package and system sent me to them anyway. Asked the Cruise Line supervisor to return me to the Who Knew Books but he could not and gave me The Customer Service number for Who KnewBks. A Waste 800.777.4034. Cust Svc (automated) ppreferred me to www.giftorderstatus.com which got me to here. Or I can call them again on M-F from 9a.m. - 8 .pm. wish me luck in getting a real representative to cancel this bogus order as I never received a confirmation number or confirmation of Amt Charged. All I have is dated and time.
