Bought three pairs of fitflops but the merchant did not respond anything on refund or exchange because the sizes didn fit me and the shoes were in worn out condition. Initially intended to buy only a pair, but the transaction went thru three times so I had to go thru the trouble of asking other friends to take two more pairs. The merchant offered me to just pick two more pairs as that would be more 'worth it' as I would be charged 25% for cancellation fee.
