The website stated a $49 fee and the link type program was shown on all cable channels...I put my credit card number for the fee and then was advanced to another page with a guy stating that the update fee was 140+ dollars more...I did not agree to that amount but the web page cut me off and then sent me email to tell me how to call and get started. I had no ideal they had ripped me off for this extra money and tryed to call their 855 858 1077 number which no one answered. I called my credit company and to my disgust they had added the extra fees with no authorization from me....I tryed calling the above number and only an answering machine came on. I called my credit card company and told them no way would i pay their billing. They gave me a number which was finally answered after 25 minutes to another screen name "life child support"...the guy told me after talking to him about the rip off that he would credit back the funds. This has not happened. After trying to call the yahoo back I was put on hold for another 25 minutes with some gal jabbering about how busy they were and to go to life child support for my questions. This was not the company I had anything to do with so i called back the 8558581077 number and finally some gal picked up and told me they werent the company that billed me. She gave me a 8776635057 number which also had the same gal telling me how busy they were and no one ever answered. At this time my credit card company knows that i will wait to see if credit is given back. If not then i will take all the steps necessary not to pay these idiots.
