i bought a used mobile home from terry scott of scotts mobile homes,with cash,he wrote a receipt detailing what he would do in return such as set up etc. he will no longer take my calls or return my calls,this is six months later,his business is in flat rock alabama,my home was delivered to me in trenton ga.getting the states to work together is almost impossible.he has an open file at the dade county police dept .they know he is a crook operating in the grey area of the law. i need help.....
