Complaint 92577 Details

Sent off for the "14 day free trial" order placed on the 3rd March 2012. Products arrived 21st March 2012 with no paperwork or contact details. Unable to gain access to website. Did have a phone number which put me through to an Italian (who not speak any english cannoy help you). Two debits of £92.92 taken out on the 19th March. Contacted my bank who cannot stop the direct debit. This company just rips you off. Will probably take another two payments and there is nothing I can do to stop this. I need help. I cannot afford to lose this money. Someone must be able to help me and by the looks of things loads of other people as well. What can i do? Seriously seriously worried, haven't slept or eaten properly for days. So angry with myself and this company. Someone must stop them!!!!!!!!!
