I found this money had gone out of my account I contacted your money and got no joy I have registered my complaint with trading standards and the fraud team who were greatful for my information they have a very long list of complaints they are dealing with and was told to close my bank account

Okay that's a bit rich, every time I have contacted you by phone to resolve this matter you refuse to cancel my account and refund the payments you took illegally. I have also had the phone put down on me. I have also written to you on three occasions over the past 6 months, and not once have you responded. The last letter I sent you in March 2012, a letter that was sent recorded, clearly requested you to refund the payments you had taken from me without my authorisation, and clearly asked you to cancel any so called membership I have with you. In this letter you were advised by me to refund me this money, under section 155 of the consumer credit act of 1974, as I at no time authorised you to debit my account for £69.75. I also asked you to cancel so called membership with you, also under section 155 of the consumer credit act as you failed to observe my rights to cancel. I asked for a response within 14 days, something you failed to do. As a result of this I have reported this FRAUD to a company called action fraud, an online organization setup alongside the police to investigate online fraud such as this. And when I mentioned the name Your Money TV to them they were well aware of this company's history in taking unauthorized payments from peoples bank accounts making out they have a membership with them. I am currently working with them on this matter, and I know the police and home office are now involved in getting to the bottom of this. Top and bottom of this, your taking unauthorized payments from peoples accounts, and have the cheek to refuse them a refund. Thats stealing in my book. And whats the excuse with the website ?, suddenly gone missing, 4 weeks now.
I am also going to my bank tomorrow to get my money back, after searching through my account, I found a company called EMP Power-Search.TV had taken £71, maybe this was your old company. Anyway dont worry, the nets closing in CHEATS. Anyway getting my money back tomorrow under FSA rules !!!!!! -
