They fail to make it clear that they charge an application fee on their website. Then when you call and complain they tell you that if you fill out or complete the application that they will put the money in your account but instead of taking the
$34.95 from the money that they are going to put in the account they deduct from your account and if I"m borrowing money from you then my account must be a little short anyway so they know that they are going to be overdrafting your account and I believe that is when your bank should step in and not let them have the money (If the bank is there to intrust your money to then they need to protect it better)
