I registered to recieve a "free trial" from Smokeless Selects. I registered on January 31, 2012 for this trial. They were to charge my card for $4.95 for processing and shipping of the free trial. Once you have given your information and card number, you are informed via email that it will ship within 5-7 days and it explains that if your are not clear on the terms, you should contact them via email or phone. It also says on the website to refer to the "terms" of the offer, which are nowhere to be found. Noone will recieve your calls nor will they adequately respond to email.

As I realized I could not get clarification on the terms of this offer, I immediately emailed to cancel my order, explaining I was not interested to recieve a product I would need to ship back. I emailed on February 2, 2012. They replied on February 7, 2012 that "there must be confusion on my part. I am only charged $4.95 for processing". My email to them was a clear request to CANCEL my order. I included details and information that would make it easy for this to be done.
I proceeded to email a second time and attempted to reach them via telephone on countless occassions and left clear concise messages requesting a call back on 2 specific documented occasions. Never once did I ever hear from them again. All of these attempts had a clear and consistent message "Please cancel my order".
Then on February 27, 2012, nearly a full month later, I recieved the "free trial" in the mail. Which I promptly returned to sender. Within 2 days, February 29, 2012, I was charged a sum of $99.99 to that same card. At this point I have attempted to reach them over 10 times, using both telephone and email. I can provide documentation of all correspondence. And have yet to hear anything. I am filing dispute with my bank to try to recoup the loss. I have also emailed Smokless Selects again, stating my case for taking further action when they continue to fail to resolve this issue professionally and peacefully. SCAM!!!

  • At this point my bank is processing a resolution. The email address and phone number you provide here are the same ones at which I tried to reach you at least a dozen times for a period of 26 days. It should be noted that , Smokeless Selects did not ever attempt to resolve this issue until I had begun involving my bank. Also, the terms you claim to have clearly listed and available are not so and they are clearly intended to decieve since you begin counting the 14 day period of the trial from the time someone registers for it. And then of course, as others have mentioned here and at other sca, sites, you do not even send the trial merch until that time period has long past. I recieve it approximately 29 days later and was charged the full amount the following day. For anyone interested, here are the terms that they finally emailed to me... since they are not listed on the site nor provided at time of registration. please review this carefully before considering doing business with Smokless Selects...
