International boundaries

Called to say that I was approved for a loan for $15,000, needed money for an insurance policy to fund the loan, called after 1st payment and stated that needed a second payment because my credit score was low. Stated that the insurance premium would be refunded after 6 month of on time payments. Then called and stated that because of the exchange rate they needed another payment to fund the loan. Again called and stated that because I was a high risk loan needed an additional payment, I then cancelled the loan and they stated that it would be processed in 10 to 15 work days, needless to say it is now 25+ days and cannot get a call through to them.

THEY ARE A RIPPOFF.............
