IC*FREESHIPPING.COM has been taking US $12.97 the first week of every month out of my American Express Card Account.This has been happening since August 7 2011 and is still being charged as off March 4 2012. I purchased flowers from American sites:
Cherry Moon Farms July 8 2011. $60.30
Pro Flowers June 6 2011. $46.19
I am assuming this is where they got my information from as these debits only started occurring after this time.
