Complaint 91225 Details

I was looking to get a loan and received an email from a guy named Wayne Patterson from Tinsdale Financial Management. The email asked me to call 888-621-4447. I actually spoke to this person and he sent me a contract that said I would be loaned $7,000 @ 13.5% rate for a 60 month term for $161.07 per month. It explained that I needed to send 5 months up front to secure the loan since my credit was bad. Yep, as you guessed it... I (foolishly) sent the money! No money was ever deposited into my account so I called and called and kept getting the voicemail. Then about 6 days later, a woman called me from Tinsdale Financial Management and was apologizing for the delay in sending the money and explaind that there was an "OUTSTANDING BALANCE" ith my loan! She explained that now I needed to pay another $630 for brokerage fees and transfer fees in order to complete the loan. NOPE, I did not send any more money. I wrote an email requesting my money back and left messages with no return communication. STAY AWAY FROM TINSDALE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
