I have been working with Dawn Bestafka and Delilah Elshaile since 7/15/11. They both promised me a modification on my home in Gilbert, AZ. My parents gave them 1000.00 to start the process. I am a big communicator on things like this, so 2 weeks ago when the phones were busy 24/7 I kind of got worried. Until last night when my fax came back to me from them and my emails came back as well I got really concerned about the company. I called Bank of America today and they said yeah, we have been working with them but you are denied for any kind modification. So now I have to come up with over 17000.00 to pay B of A to be current. I do not have that kind of money. People like this are the reason why our world is so messed up. We all need to do something about this.
