Received a letter in the mail from Publisher Lottery claims stating that I had won 200,000 and need to call the claims agent. In addition to the letter a check for 5230.50 was enclosed from one of their supposed sponsors AT&T drawn on JP Morgan Chase Bank, Syracuse N.Y.I feel this is fraud and have not cashed the check. The company claims to be at suit 207 2234 oxford drive syracuse ny 13220.
