Complaint 911 Details

I signed up on bidrack.com. They are totally ambiguous about them initially charging your debit card $99.00. They say bids are .50 cents each and don't mention they will take $99.00 dollars out of your account then charge .50 against that balance for every bid. They are ripping people off and they know it because they have a real pretty REFUND web page to REQUEST your refund. I don't know yet if they will refund my money. The 800 number says it's non refundable. We'll see!!!!!!!! I think they should let the consumer KNOW, (up front in the sign up process), that they will initially charge your card $99.00 then the consumer can decide if they want to sign up or not. They shouldn't let you sign up thinking it's .50 cents per bid then when you hit the submit button steal your $99.00. NOT HONEST!!!!!
