Complaint 90740 Details

In late February an extra $300 showed up in my account. I didn't recognize the name of the company, but just assumed maybe it was a refund for some medical bills I had paid ( sometimes insurance will end up paying after I've already paid, and I get a refund. I was getting ready to close that account and open a new one anyway due to possible compromise of that account. I had gotten some payday loans in the past, but had never heard of Hydra Funds, and I never signed any agreement or received any correspondence from them regarding a loan. I've closed that old bank account and opened a new one, but somehow, Hydra Fund withdrew a payment from my old acount for $90. I contacted my bank, and the bank manager doesn't understand how that happened because his computer showed that that account was closed on March 7th!
