I received a debit on my checking account for $79.90 from these people after talking to Ultimate Readers service on the phone. (they) asked about my service and said they would lower my payment by $10.00. I called them to dispute the $79.90 charge, and of course they didn't have any knowledge of the charge! I think they are one and the same company!
