This company is supposed to be a debt consolidation company. They required me to pay $4,000 up front and advised me not to make mortgage payments, claiming they could most likely get me a loan modification and to make payments after that was completed. It has been a year and come to find out they have made minimal contact with my morgage company and now my house is almost in foreclosure. THIS COMPANY VIOLATED CA CIVIL CODE because in CA and other states, no money for a loan modification is to be collected up front and that it is legally to be collected only AFTER the loan modification is completed and approved. They are refusing to refund my money and they are claiming to be "Christians" left and right. Owner is Richard Rodriguez. If anything knows anything, please contact us.

- I also was taken by these people- the COO has run and they signed a contract with me 6 mo after the FTC rule of no money paid prior to settlement. I have ttorney and I am going after them. Please call me Bob 786 430-9016

- These people took me for 3000. Told me not to pay my credit cards. The credit card companies came after us and were going to garnish our wages. Had no choice but to file chapter 11. Ruined my life and credit.
