This company was fast talking and very convincing...someone named Dawn said she needed to collect 2 payments of $750 each to conduct a fraud report on my mortgage company and use violations as leverage to get me a loan modification. They took a payment out of my checking account and when I looked at the check on my bank website, they even put a fake address on my check and a fake check number. They took one payment of $750 and I have changed my checking account so they can't take out more. My house is nearly in foreclosure and they did nothing to help me. Suddenly their 888 customer service number won't allow calls to get through (they had a fax too), their emails get kicked back to me, and the myhomesupport.org website no longer works. There has to be a way to track these people down through the phone numbers so they are arrested. If anyone can help or has any suggestions, please let me know. Many people online are complaining that they went though the same thing with myhomesupport.org. Please help! I need my money back! Thank you.
