Misleading advertising that purports to enter your name in a drawing for $2,000,000 which requires a fee of $11.89 or $13.89 to acquire a Premium Offer for "participatory status". Easy to confuse with Publisher's Clearing House. Letter is signed by William McPherson, Senior Award Review Officer. The language of the letter is confusing the word "required" attached to the above stated amounts in one part of the letter, and in another part there is a disclaimer that "a purchase is not necessary and will not improve odds of winning". Obviously one should never send any money at any time for any sweepstakes, but, oh, well...
