My daughter purchased and paid for a handbag thru my website, this handbag was never sent to her and did not show as a bought item on my website. I started my website on 12 Sept 2011 and had 3,000 vistors and absolutely NO SALES. NETCOADMIN told me that I have to pay $1,500.00 to have a one on one training to make my website look more appealing. I told them I couldn't afford to, so they suggested they shut my site down for amonth to enable me to make a saving and start again the following month. My site was shut down completely since February 2012 and I have been direct debited 28.95 per month for a site I no longer have. I have made several phone calls to a voicemail machine and no one has contacted me since about my grief with NETCOADMIN. I have put approximately $500 towards owning a website that I no longer have. HELP PLEASE!!!
