I responded to an online introductory offer of an introductory kit for a smokeless ecigarette. I had to pay shipping of 4.98. Received this kit in 10 days, and was not impressed. When checking my credit card statement March 1st, I was surprised to see a charge for 99.99. I was under medical treatment so I could not immediately respond, however I did check the statement on March 18, and saw a charge for 49.98. I received an envelope in the mail with 3 boxes of refills for the (introductory) smokeless cigarette. I now have cancelled my credit card for a new number, and will notify a number of other vendors of this change. When I called the number for this company I was put on hold for 18 minutes.
