I left PayPal to goto Google Checkout. I setup and verified my Google acct.
All was good until I made my first transaction. Google took out their transaction fees and wont allow me to transfer my funds to my bank acct. The funds are $300!
The acct was VERIFIED, but after my first transaction the acct status went to UNAVAILABLE and wont let me transfer. Google does NOT have a customer service hotline to call. In my opinion this violate US Banking Laws. The online email help forms are not helpful, they reply with a canned response that again does not resolve the issue. I called Google and they wont help me! I am an angry user and regret leaving PayPal now.
This lack of customer service will kill this product unless Google gets it's act together and provides much needed service for merchants and customers.
