Complaint 9004 Details

Looks like my story is the same as everyone else. My wife purchased the trial supply of Nutraslim and Quick Detox and so did my daughter. All the money came from my account. After only one week it made both of them so ill I returned all 4 bottles with RMA and within the time line. They received the return on 5/10/11. Email RMA letter says no additional funds would be removed from my acccount but on 6/14/11 almost $ 320.00 was deducted without my authorization. Since then I have repeatedly called and emailed with little effect. Always the same answer. On July 25 I received two of the $ 79.99 refunds but still are waiting on the other two. I filed with the BBB but of course that is next to useless. Seems strange that all were returned in the same envelope but only half were refunded so far. Three days ago a "floor manager" said I would have the remainer of the funds in three days! Guess what, still not here. Is there a class action suit against this company yet? Beware, never order from any company like this!!!
