Hi i am writing to collaborate with a similar complaint against starttweak software.
In addition to the detailed issues below i was charged an extra $10 on top of the registation fee even after i unchecked a box for download insurance(which i have never heard before).
I had downloaded the UpdateMyDrivers software, installed and assesed my system and it say to me that 22 drivers need to be updated stated below:

After this i read futher into the deal, i had the 30 day guarantee that this product would satisfy my driver problems. I went through the payment and licencing proceedure invoice number 795946. Restarted my computer and scanned once again for driver update, the list populated and i clicked on the update and install all drivers.
It asks for a directory to put these files in, and then creates a zip file with no volume and a readme file (printed above).

Below is the communication logs, they seem to be auto responses exactly the same as the previous complaint:

16.03.2012 03:52 this product does not work, it detects the drivers needing updating but when i try to download and install it just places a read me file and a zip file i cannot open... i would also like to add i did not request download warranty however it was still charged me for it, can i please get a refund for the total of 20.02 AUD

Unless you want to deal with governemt authorities over this matter, i wound recommend you repay my 20.02 AUD and cancel the account NOW! I wont ask again.

Excuse me this is not true, it doesnt work and i have the file to prove it, please refund my money and i want to speak with somebody other than you because you obviously dont know how to deal with customer satifaction. i have read your policy before i had sent any messages, it states that if the program doesnt work you will fully refund, if i had not read this i would not have even attemped to download this software, i am quite a civil person and for the case of 20 dollars for a program that doesnt work i think the priciple speaks for itself. Please refund my money.

To follow up on this i have found a great website called scam book, it states quite alot of the same attributes that my case has, you were prepared to repay this customer for not being able to download the drivers but i also have recieved the same auto responses that he has received....
Its just a first step but it pretty much strenthens my belief that this site has nothing to offer apart from stealing people hard earned money.. I will be going down the exact same avenues this gentleman did until i have a result.
