Fashion Shoes Buyers Beware!
Buyers please be aware of multiple scam reports from customers who unknowingly purchased name brand shoes from a fraudulent internet store named "Fashion shoes it is the art !  free shipping to world!". On February 22, 2012, I purchased 4 pairs of shoes from an Internet business that offered secure payment per Paypal. After the transaction, I realized that many consumers have reported receiving items such as mouse pads or pens instead of shoes. I decided to cancel the order due to fraudulent activity. Although a tracking number was never entered, I received a small letter sized envelope with a customs label describing the contents as "pencil with eraser". Additionally, 4 pairs of shoes could not be packaged in a small envelope. I refused the package and have the tracking number as proof of return to sender. I am very disappointed that PayPal has allowed this individual to continue this fraudulent activity, as it has been reported numerous times according to multiple scam reports. If you have purchased items from this fake web store, please do not open package (from China)! Refuse the package and file a dispute per Paypal. In addition, I would advise that you obtain pictures of the package next to a one dollar bill to represent size of package (I actually received a small envelope). Request your post office to scan the package and enter as "Refused Return To Sender". Keep a copy of the Tracking Number, which will allow you to prove you refused the shipment. This individual must be stopped! Please post any experiences or advice regarding this fraudulent activity.

I have started a Goggle Blog in an effort to increase exposure of this scammer!

  • That was very helpful and after waiting 2 weeks for my order and contacting the seller numerous times with no response I realized that they are a scam. I totally agree with you when you said you cant understand how paypal is allowing this frauduent activitiy with multiple scam reports, it upsets me. I hadn't received anything in the mail to sign for so hopefully I can get my money back through paypal. This is such a shame!

  • Hi Tracy, my door bell just rang and I refused the package. Unfortunately no pics nor tracking number. It wasn't the usual mail delivery guy, but some holiday work/temp boy. So he got a bit flabbergasted and just took off. Do you think I've hurt my case, now, by refusing it without having anything to show for to PayPal? I know any moment now they will contact me with "proof of delivery", as in the track&trace info you can only see, I guess, that "pachage has been delivered" whether it's been accepted or not. I really don't know if they are going to return it in this case. It should have been my regular mail delivery guy, then it would have gone like you described. Now I'm not so sure anymore whether or not I've made things worse, Alex, The Netherlands
