I had just generally quoted for a loan, half filled in the application, and not yet confirmed the payment, and now i am looking at my bank statement, and this website has taken £68.75 without even prompting or asking me first.

Hi Shaz,now here is what you MUST DO,cancel your bank card,as a matter of urgency,get a new one,otherwise you will be hit again!!!!,my friend has.
Write a letter to the bank,(recorded delivery),stating the withdrawal was unauthorised.They have to prove it was,you have to do nothing.Best regards -
