I went to the Bid Rack website. When they asked for my CC# I should have thought twice. I never read that there was a $99 charge for bids. I truly thought that I would be charged if I purchased bids or purchased products that I won. I was shocked to see my bank account charged.
It looks like many others have fallen prey to their scam. Has anyone actually had their money refunded? I have spoken to some of the most incompetent customer service representives ever! I have also been disconnected and hung up on, told I would get calls back and emails. One email said they would give me $80 in free bids and the one from last night said they would give me $60 and I could start bidding right away and just have a blast....
In reality, can anything be done?
