I learned that State Farm is the 4th Worse Insurance Company in the U.S. They continually deny claims so that they don't have to pay them.

State Farm denied my insurance claim citing limit liability of business items and concealment of fraud or misrepresented material fact or circumstances. However, ALL collateral submitted in this claim was personal, not business. There is no concealment of fraud or misrepresented material fact or circumstances; all information provided is true and all facts are revealed as requested. The collateral included more than $5,000 worth of items ordered to celebrate the 1st African American to skydive the highest point on earth (Mount Everest). I ordered the collateral as a private citizen and not as a business.
I did hope to build the project into a business opportunity in the future but did not have a chance to do so. I shared this information about the collateral and how I obtained it with the State Farm automobile claim representative who told me that the items should be covered under my renter’s insurance policy and she provided me with their contact info. While my goal was to ultimately gain branding support for the Tracey Steele Skydive project, I was unable to present the collateral to potential brands because it was stolen. Once a brand would have confirmed sponsorship of the project, the project would have been transferred to my business. I originally supported this history making project personally.
I have a business that produces brand marketing events for consumer brands. There are no brands associated with this project called Tracey Steele Skydive. ALL documentation shows that the collateral that was stolen from my vehicle was personal. The invoice from the vendor company who created the collateral sent a notarized statement stating that I ordered the collateral in my names (and not my company name) and that I was responsible for the balance due on the order. I also provided State Farm a copy of the original invoice showing that I was solely responsible.
State Farm required me to provide a substantial amount of proof in every single aspect of my life including income taxes, finances, account records, living conditions and even contact info for several business associates and I provided ALL the information requested. My business associates were contacted multiple times and stated that they felt extremely harassed; and they only cooperated with the aggressive State Farm representatives because I asked to do so.
I chose State Farm because they are a large insurance agency. Now I'm working with the Illinois Department of Insurance to fight the denial and have my claim appropriately processed.
