Phone call regarding a listing that was free but renewal would not be; agent Ron Williams #5063. In order to not renew and cancel, I was transferred to Adrienne in Quality Control who wanted to know if I was authorized to accept a bill for 599.99, which she explained was for the prior year (which, of course, is not something I ever authorized). I refused to go any farther so she sent me back to Ron. Who said that going through her was necessary to confirm but that after that he would cancel the invoice. I went through the loop two more times, and then looked it up here. I told Adrienne, who was ostensibly recording at the time, that "I'm not going any further because I just looked this up on the web and you guys are not legitimate. Goodbye." So, hopefully that's the last I hear from them, but who knows.
