I arrived at my place of business as usual and my co worker said I had a messae from a Brad Nelson. I got the message from them and called the number. A person of Arab or Middle Eastern descent answered the phone and gave me a lot of information about how I owed over a $1,000 in loan money.I told him I recieved a call and got a message from a Brad Nelson. His name did not seem like it was his name. He told me to hold and someone else came to the phone named Raymond Scott.He said he was the head of the legal department called the "Bureau of Crime Investigation. He then threatened me that if I do not pay the money that day, that I would be arrested and thrown in jail for 3 years for fraud charges. I told him I inquired about a loan months ago but never went through the process of recieving a loan. He then began to get sarcastic and said did I not pay my bill like a responsible citizen. I was getting very upset and asked him who was he calling from and verify could he send me any information on where I could send the bill and see it in my hand, he then quickly spoke ovedr me and told me very nastily pay him money or I will lose my job and face legal action. I then said you are not helping me if you are not providing me the information I need to pay the bill.He then chuckled and said Im not helping you, you didn't pay your bill! He got loud and said I don't like to repeat myself and I said we are gonna go in a circle because you are not giving me any information about who you are and why I am being charged for a bill I never owed. He then got angry and told me pay the bill or I will be arrested for not paying my loan back. I told him I can check my credit and my bank account and it has no payment recieved from this company since 2012 which is when I began to inquire about a loan. I told him I could call my husband to pay the bill then he said call your husband and call me back. I told my husband back but I never called him back. After that he called my place of business more than five times after and my house. I don't owe any money to this company or any other payday loan source, so how can I get rid of this guy??
