We planned to rent a property for two days of vacation scheduled for Feb 7-9. We wanted to be close to Okemo Mtn. Resort. We went onto Craigs list and found this listing for a house rental. As we got closer to the date, we realized that the $800 wire transfer to the account connected with the advertisement was never meant to allow us the rental of a real property. We even visited the property prior to the deposit to be sure that the property does physically exist and it seems to be a real address and property. What is the next step for us?
