I purchased driving mocs for $55.80 on March 1 from rios-shoes over the net. It was a legitimate looking site with the PayPal, Mastercard & Visa logos at the bottom. I ordered and received a confirmation email the next day. Two weeks have gone and no shoes. I Googled rios today (3/15) and came face to face with about a dozen scambook posts. I went to the PayPal website and entered a dispute, but based on the scambook posts, I don't have high expectations. The merchant is listed as Lian Huang. There IS a Rios Shoes wholesaler in Miami and I'm going to alert them that their name is being smeared. Perhaps that will put some other authorities on the case. I believe this site is a SCAM! Buyer beware.
