Tried to order 1 Rotopunch for $10 plus the ridiculous 7.95 shipping. Somehow my order was placed, with no way to confirm your order before hand it is just done and thats it. I was charged $51.80. I called in and was told I have to wait two days to try to cancel my order which is absurd. I told them if this is the case I will just contest with my amex and they will be charge (this happens when you contest any charge with a credit card) and they said ok thank you. They must be used to hearing complaints like this.
