- Hi Stacey,firstly,stop your card and get a new one.AS A MATTER OF URGENCY!!!,or you will be hit again!!!!.write a letter to your bank (recorded delivery),stating the withdrawal was unauthorised .They have to prove it was,you don't have to prove anything.
