i have no clue where did this people get my info and took the money out of my account. i called my bank and got a nuber to ring them but the lady was so rude and she said that there is nothing they can do about the money that has gone from my account and all she asked me to do is to ring their HO for which she doesn't have the number and she hangs up on me.
wasted lots of money rining this company!!!
hope action will be taken against this company.

AS A MATTER OR URGENCY.stop your bank card and get a new one,or you'll get hit again!!!!!
Write a letter to the bank (recorded delivery)stating the withdrawal was unauthorised .They have to prove it was,you have to do nothing.Don't phone them,you'll get fobbed off.If you don't do anything your money is gone. -

- Thank you so much for your advice i cancelled my card but my bank said that they cannot do anything about the money that is gone!

- Hi Lavanya,what your bank has said is rubbish.Write the letter,as I said before.If you want to contact me directly do it at:[email protected],give me the name of your bank,I don't want your account number .I will,if you wish formulate a letter and send it by e-mail.On behalf,of a friend,I'm fighting a battle with this company.Thanks for the feedback.Best regards Maurice
