Tuesday the 3/6/12 my husband went to buy a Cadillac he met with a man name smiley who was at that time very nice he tells my husband that car is in good condition the rotors was new and the brakes new and he did not have much to the car but just give it a tune up as my husband pays for the car $3000,simley say he has to fix up the car before he can get it he was going to fix brakes and the rotors and clean up the car, my husband picks up the car on 3/9/12 a Friday my husband picks me up from work we drive home the car was just fine , the very next day my husband and I were driving to get something to eat we had park on 125th st st.nicholas a gentleman had told my husband the car is leaking we then had drove it to 117th on first ave shell gas station our mechanic had said the car was over heating he had to put a thermostat$108.65 we paid my mechanic had said that the problem is not the thermostat it a big problem it the engine and some wiring problems .my husband said was going to take it back to the dealer and then told mechanic do not touch I will take it back , then my husband called mak mint he spoke with (Todd) Todd did not sound surprise he had told my husband to bring the car in as we are getting ready to pull off the car kept shutting off at this time we are still in the gas station we had ask the mechanic if we can leave it park outside he said it was fine. Now on Monday 3/12/12 I called a tow truck $220.00 I had to get tow truck with a flatbed just so nothing happen to this car. As we get out of the tow truck these three gentleman come up to the tow truck and had ask what happen no one looked surprise then one of the gentleman(smiley) said tell the tow truck to go to his mechanic up the block called danrick I then told him no I wanted a refund he then told me go to the office I go to the office behind the desk was a very rude man(Todd) had told me no this is not how it works there no refund he was going to try to fix it and to stop asking questions and not even an apology I then told Todd how mad I was and he knew it was a bad car he then told me you think I pressed a button and now the car does not work he was just so rude I then told him I could of had my kids in that car and it would had stop on a highway how can u sell cars like this he then had told me he been in business for 20 years. Then he had said give me a call and I will give you the mechanic number as well and that was it he sent us off. I then walked over to the mechanic to see if they were legit I then spoke with Richie I then told him if he was going to fix the it to fix the car not to put old and use pieces in the car and a week or 6months the car does not work he say he does not understand me and laughs. I then called on Wednesday 3/14/12 I called for Richie the mechanic I asked for him he was not in I then spoke with someone else who know nothing at all he tells me to call back at 5pm I then call mack mint and spoke with (Joe) he then said let me call Richie to see what’s going on can you call me back. so I did just that he then had told me they are working on it which was a lie I then called Richie back myself he then had told me he has not touch the car as of yet he try to get to it tomorrow. Come to find out I have to pay $3000.00 for an engine they will not give me a refund. I’m asking for help in this matter and look into this dealership
