MY CAR LOAN PAYMENT HAS COME DUE AND I HAVE NO MONEY TO MAKE THIS PAYMENT. I AM OUT OF MONEY BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS ZERO BALANCE. WHO HELL ARE THESE PEOPLE. I TRY CALLING AND NO ONE SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH. INEED MY 2400.00 BACK
