I ordered a trial of face cream during early February - the cost was supposed to be £ 4.95. The cream was delivered 1st March - I have proof of this from the Post Office. I rang (0)20 3514 9445 and spoke with Crystal ref 4969 who told me that the 14 day trial period had expired and I would be debited as they had my details. I see that they have indeed taken a whopping £74.95 from my a/c on 21st February. Not sure how to proceed to make certain this does not happen again.Anne Walker (Personal Information Removed)
