g voulu acheter une cafetière a un prix intérressant je l'ai payé avec ma carte bancaire cela est arrivé le 6-12-2011 et je n'ai jamais reçu l'article par contre ils font des prélèvements sur mon compte tout les mois depuis cette date de 67.99 tout les mois et le 6-12-2011 ils ont prélevé le prix de la cafetière fantome vu ke je ne l'ai jamais reçu mais le mème jour ils prenaient sur mon compte la somme de 67.99 et cela continu les prélèvements comment faire pour tt arrété se vol sur mon compte bancaire
