I am in a tight budget and collect calls from prisons are expensive. I wanted a cheaper way to communicate with my son so I contected Jail Call Solutions.
What upset most is the I wasn't asked questions on how to identify my son. All I was asked was my name, address, in what state is my son incarcerated, and release date of my son. Once I entered my payment information I wasn't given the opportunity to review decide if I agreed with the terms. Even more no policy letter was offered. All this so called company was interested in was payment. They have no phone number to complain to. I never saw this until I was done.

I paid for service I am not certain if you know who the inmate is. I wasn’t asked his name, ADC number, Complex, or Unit where he is incarcerated. I know this prison information is necessary and needed to locate and provide a way for my son to call me. Hopefully you are legitimate and not some off the wall company enticing people as myself. I suspect this because you don’t provide a business number.
