i have litterally just spoke to a real person from this this company told them there are a lot of very unhappy people who want their money back told them to cancel everything and was promised a full refund iam not holding out much hope probably of seeing the money had a cheek to ask me to give another £20.00 FOR SOME OTHER CREAMS i said are you having a laugh i've just given you £125.00 will write again if i ever receive anything apparently they don't do cheque's and they are not getting my new account which i've had to apply for today that is the phone number i got them on 10mins ago 08081683685
