  • I was scammed by completesave.co.uk and £10 was aken from my bank account.
When I E- mailed Play.com to ask who had given them my bank details I was told that complete saving is a preferred partner of Play.com and are two separate companies

I contacted the fraud department of Nationwide bank and was told that my bank details would be changed and a new card sent to me to stop any further money being taken from my account.
Also I was told that Nationwide would recover the £10 already taken.

If this should happen to you then the first step is to contact the fraud department at your bank
My situation was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Nationwide.

In the meantime the only people I will be buying from is Amazon.

    I
