Ordered one can of Flex Seal for $19.95 and supposedly received another can for for free. While on the phone to order this is a taped call so there is no way to ask questions. They also prompt you several times for additional amounts of the product,(a case, 10 cans, 4 cans, 2 cans etc...) and if your not listening you will be buying the extra cans because its very confusing. There is no button to push to end the call. They do not explain you will be paying shipping and handling for BOTH cans at the price of $9.95 a can. Once I saw my bank statement for $39.89 I contacted the company and they told they could not refund and stop the order. It was already in processing. Funny....they told me if I didn't pay an additional charge it would take 2 to 4 weeks to receive. I requested to speak with a manager/supervisor and was told they could not stop the processing but would refund $9.95 back to my account. Once the product was delivered i could refuse it and they would refund the money back to my account.
