i left £60.00 in my account to pay my gas and electric ,only to find that the money had vanished from my account . i checked my statement online ,and found that a payment of £59.94 had been taken by a company i have never heard of ,i am a single mum of 4 children and cannot afford to be ripped off like this,and i would like my money reinbursed . how has this happened as i havent used my card to buy anything .

just tried phoning the company but they keep u hanging on,which is causing high phone bills,if i dont get my money back i will contacting the police,this is fraud ,and this company needs to b stopped now

just phoned my bank,they are reinbursing my money within 24hrs,and have cancelled my card,as these fraudsters will keep on takin money unauthorised .police are also involved now .we have to fight these scammers .
