They are probably acting within the law in their jurisdiction however where I come from terms and conditions are more prominent and you have to tick a box to say you have read them wether you do or not is up to you. I spoke to Brian from Bioslim(or Bioslime) in Utah who said, "Sir you'll find there is nothing free on the internet". I believe their behaviour is unethical and I won't do business with people like this.
