I got a call telling me about this great deal on magazines about a year and a half ago. Being a college student I thought their deals were great and decided to join. After a few months they gave me a call saying i could make the total payment amount smaller if i chose to pay larger payments per month which I decided to do. I then got another call a few months down the road saying that since I had opted for the price protection I HAD to renew my contract or something along those lines. I told them I didnt want to renew but according to them I had no choice. They then said that I could just pay a full payment of about $400+ which after a few calls of arguing over it I agreed to pay. I still continued to receive magazines, half of which i never chose and half of the ones I did choose I never got at all. I also got a letter from them saying that I had settled my account with them and I would never receive any more calls from them. But then today, another few months down the road they call me again saying that I have to renew with them again. The same story all over again. This time I try to explain that I had settled my account and they said that it was for my previous order and this was for a renewal which by the way I had never requested. In the middle of me trying to explain that I had already told them I had already settled my account and did not want a renewal, the sales person hung up on me. This company is highly unprofessional and has scammed me and probably hundreds of other people out of thousands of dollars. This needs to STOP!
