I had my bedroom set for sale on craigslist and he contacted me about it and said because of job and phone issues he couldnt pay the movers and customs people himself he would add those fees to my selling price, so i paid them to an Anna Coughlan in Vancouver, Washington 2 times, once for $650 for moving company and $760 for custom fees and luckily before a 3rd tranfer I realized what was going on. He made up a PayPal fake email account as well too acting like PayPal was emailing me with network issues on crediting my account.
