purchase Black Pearl necklace @ $99.00 plus above postage. Have worn in occassionally and thread has streached out, string is breaking & leaving spaces. Kept the nacklace in its original box. Was informed that necklace was only guaranteed for thirty days (30). However, if I had purchased insurance guarantee would have continued. I was given to believe that insurance would have parotected against lost. The product is is deficient and the customer should not be required to guarantee their quality of construction.
